Description of 1987 Chevrolet C-10

1987 chevy silverado shortbed. 350 tbi fuel injection. 700r4 transmission. This truck runs and drives great. no mechanical issues to worry about. it's very trustworthy. The 350 engine is the original engine that runs and performs flawless. It does have all of the original smog control accessories as well as the cat convertor still in place for all you guys that need emmissions. It does have dual exhaust from the muffler on back . hey have a nice mellow sound to them. The transmission shifts and works like new. it's very smooth. It has factory equipped power steering. power disc brakes. and air conditioning. This southern truck was bought new in Atlanta Ga and has never seen salty roads or harsh winters. it has no rust at all. It has had one repaint since new. The paint is in excellent conditiion. it has a very nice shine to it. The body is very nice but is not flawless. it does have a couple of very minor dings. The bumpers are original and have nice chrome. I would say they are nice driver quality. The side molding and fender trim is new. it was replaced when the truck was painted. This paint is the original color. it's a pretty rare paint code but it was researched and painted factory color. you don't see this color every day. The insides of the bed have the same finish as the exterior of the truck. with no dents or damage. The interior is the factory charcoal color. It has a new seat cover and a new dash pad that fits perfectly. The carpet . eadliner and door panels are original and in nice shape. the dash features an aftermarket radio in the factory spot. the dash has NOT been hacked or cut. The doors click up tight for a nice quiet ride. The power windows as well as the power locks all function properly. The door jams were painted at the same time as the truck and they look great. It rides on factory 15x8 truck rallies with 235/75/15 Goodyear tires. they have over 50 % tread left on them. This truck is in my opinion a very nice driver but could be shown at your local cruise in. it looks that good. It catches a lot of attention and has very nice curb appeal. I was told when I bought it that the miles were original. I have no way to know if this is true but the truck does appear to be in good enough condition to have only 86. 00 miles.
