You are viewing a time capsule, This vette was in an accident in 1974, 6 weeks after purchase. The car was not repaired and sold to another owner. He had plans to fix it, being it was only 6 years old, but this never happened in the last 44+ years. He instead jacked in his garage never to touch it up to his passing. The storage was good, but not good enough to make all the wrist pin set firm, after all the oil dried up with the season changes and good old time! We time safely disassembled the engine in the car and removed all the rods and freed them and lubricated all, lnstalled new rings, which brought the 427 to its first fire up since 74! Sounds strong Run Great .Now for the ca, it is a numbers matching car that still needs finishing TLC, it is all original untouched, unrestore, the way it was built. The interior is amazing all original, even the drivers seat mesh. It has a rust free frame and birdcage. Now for the not so good, In the pictures you can see the left rear quarter damage, some of the suspension has been replaced. There is a new quarter included and some used cut offs for the damaged areas. The car yard drives, but needs a fuel tan, (I have the original with the tank sticker,) and rear frame aligned. It has 1967 side exhaust I installed to hear the engine. Any work needed is worth doing being the car is a. 1968, and a 427 stick and original. Many of the photos show the amazing originality, even T3 's. It has a brand new set of tires that are on it which never touched the ground until 6 months ago along with no sunligh, I towed the car to his house in 197, and put it in the garage, never thinking I would be the first to move it 44 years later.
