Description of 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair

A really nice, very straight rust free 55 Chevy Belair post car. So much work has been done. The frame has been powder coated. Completely new front end including a CCP power steering box, disc brakes and upper and lower tubular control arms. new tie rods with ends and pitman arm. ZZ4 crate engine with large Moroso oil pan, serpentine belt system, 650 cfm Holley carb, MSD self contained distributorand headers. New power brake set up. 700r4 transmission that has just been completely rebuilt using a Corvette valve body, HD clutch pack, larger bands and new torque converter. Aluminum pan. Shock absorber relocate bar installed, New brake lines, fuel tank, sender and fuel line. Currie industries Ford design 9" rear with 2 1/2" wide rear brake shoes, (I paid $3,500 for just the rear).

Car comes with New glass, complete original interior, new bumpers, hood bird, most emblems, all the stainless and interior molding's. New rear Lights, headlight buckets are there. A new Ididit steering column. Just restored emergency brake assembly. The entire hardware for the front fenders and hood as well as many other hardware packages. New poly urethane chassis and body mounts, (Installed). original and hard to find headliner bows. plus so many other parts. So why am I selling this car? I have 3 order projects and am currently many of thousands of dollars over budget in a 50 Chevy pick up I'm building as well as a 65 Corvette. Just no time to finish this project.

I have spent over $28,000 so far not counting hundreds if not thousands of hours, blood and sweat! This will be a great project for someone to finish and make their own. So if you're looking for a really nice 55 belair post car, this just may be the right one for you. Thanks for looking!
