Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair

The hard work has been done to this classic 57 Belair hardtop. You'll spend $5000 on even a rust bucket Belair these days, then add in $10,000 pro body work to get your car to the point this one is...save time and a bunch of money! Professional/High Quality Bodywork already done: New Quarter Panels, both Door assemblies (not just skins...the whole doors), body was taken to bare metal and is so straight this car should be painted black! Great gaps! Roof and trunk lid need to be taken to bare metal but they are straight. Inner Rocker Panels were replaced. Hood is finished and in primer. Smoothed firewall with 4 inch recess to accommodate any small or big block or LS swap. Car includes a bunch of new chrome Danchuk parts (Dash trim, Grille Bar, Grille, Hood bar moldings). Original and some replacement trim is all there. Glass is all there. Rear door panels and all door panel trim is included. Boxes of extra 57 parts. Includes new front and rear floor panels and braces that need to be installed. Just to clairfy...floors are solid but with a bit of rust-thru on the inner rockers and a couple braces, and a ton of undercoating on the floors, it just makes sense to replace the floors...they are not rusted out. Trunk is solid as a rock, no rust. Includes bumpers and brackets, etc. Nice bench seat and back seat in black tuck and roll (probably from the 70's before this car went in the barn). Frame is not rusted; very straight, even the front horns. Has front disc brakes installed by previous owner. I am asking much less than I have in the car. I also have a rebuilt Muncie M20 and 327 and 350 short blocks (not rebuilt) for a great price if you buy the car. As you know, solid 57's are hard to find. Bodywork was done to replace early bad bodywork....car was never wrecked. I live just 20 miles from Interstate 90 in western Montana. I can help with loading the car. Our yard will accommodate big trailers with ease. Save yourself a few thousand dollars with this one. I am building a car I was looking for for 30 years, otherwise I'd continue on this gem. I've been selling on eBay since it began and maintain a 100% positive feedback score. Car is listed for sale locally; I reserve the right to end this auction early. Price is $4,000 less than I've invested. Thanks!
