500 - 4 door sedan - The original 1960 engine has been replaced with a 1965 110hp - I've owned the car since 1965. Although not the original paint, It has the original exterior colors and the interior colors and fabrics. Mileage is unknown. When I was a teenager, I replaced the original dash with a spyder dash. Later, when I wanted the car back to original appearance, I replaced the spyder dash with a correct but not original 1960 Corvair dash. In those changes, the correct odometer reading was lost. The car was an east coast car until 1990 when I moved to Tulsa, OK. The car has been shown most recently at the Great Plains Corvair Roundups and and last year at the Maple Leaf Festival in Carthage, MO. It many times brings home some people's choice award or the other I've really enjoyed years of fun with my old high school car. At 72 now, I'm starting to downsize and my Corvair needs a new home with an owner that can appreciate a beautiful piece of automotive history. A new battery was just installed.
