Powering the Camaro is a rebuilt 350ci V8 motor mated to a stout 4-speed Muncie manual transmission. A full restoration is believed to have been completed on the vehicle based on its condition. The rebuild on the 350 is believed to have been completed by the previous owner. Additional upgrades added at that time include a 12 bolt rear, 3.73 gears, posi rear end, new interior and a Hurst shifter. Standard features of the Camaro include working heat and power front brakes. This vehicle comes to us from a private collection and as such has been properly stored and maintained. The second-generation Chevrolet Camaro was produced by Chevrolet from 1970 through the 1981 model years. It was introduced in the spring of 1970 Build information for model 123-12487 was released to the assembly plants in February of that same year. It was longer, lower, and wider than the first generation Camaro. A convertible body-type was no longer available. GM engineers have said the second generation is much more of "A Driver's Car" than its predecessor.
