Description of 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS |
Hello everyone, I have a set of Chevrolets that are very rare to find, True Survivors....1968 SS Impala, 396 400 trans posi-traction rear end,56000 original miles....1974 Chevrolet Caprice w factory installed 454 400 trans 16000 actual miles ( reflected on title). I’m moving my business to a new location, I’d like to augment i.e. defer some of the cost, this is why I’m offering my cars for sale, I’m not in dire straits, there is no impending event, these cars are extremely rare, I just want to sell for a fair price. They won’t be given away, please don’t attempt lowball offers as they will be auto deleted, please do not bid unless you hv the means for purchase, violators will be reported to eBay and local authorities, this is a binding contract once you elect to bid and or buy it now. I will offer a written guarantee to attest to the condition of the cars, my feedback is 100%, you can bid with confidence....now that we’re done with pleasantries: The 1968 SS Impala is straight, it runs and drives perfectly, it’s whisper quiet motor is very healthy, documenting its true mileage, trans shifts perfect through every gear, it’s been stored in a container for 20 plus years, I have before pics as well that I’ll post, its so straight I wanted to keep it with my others in my collection, I had it painted black to look mean, put smaller rollouts on it just to gauge the look, painted grill and bumpers black, and was going to tentwindows, and add low profile tires with black wheels, but back to the description: engine bay is very nice inner fenders solid, firewall the same, motor has bn painted red, looks like valve covers hv bn powder coated, core support in great shape, all glass is good, has all its badges and trim pieces, corvette rally’s quarters doors, are arrow straight body lines in tact, comes with factory skirts, trunk pan nice, the front floors have bn patched but someone did a nice job as they are tight, but just want to tell everything I know about the car, back pans original and solid, interior: black bench seat has small rip in drivers seat, back seat the same, headliner nice, the right sail panel could use some attention, bottoms of the door panels, carpeting beginning to roll up, carpeting on floor replaced, dashboard has minor crack in center nice everywhere else. Has clear paper ... The 1974 is extraordinarily nice, it only has 16000 original miles, purchased with 14000 original, the is a heavily sought after car, affectionately called the donk...the kids have bn trying to get me to sell this car every time I drive it, it runs drives like a champ, it’s very fast for a big boat, rides really nice, it has factory 454 400 10 bolt rear, body is also arrow straight, this one is a factory A/C car, it’s functional just may need Freon added, has all options for its year, tilt wheel, power doors, locks, and windows, it too has skirts, all glass is good, has a vinyl top on it, but it began to roll up on sides, so I cut it off, this floors doors quarters, all straight and original, engine bay very good condition. I’m selling them as they sit, if I get into detailing, changing wheels, the cost will go up. Feel free to ask specific questions, the cars are straight and very rare. I’ve added a NADA guide to show you the 68 alone is worth what I’m asking, make minor repairs and you’ll see where your money was well spent, the 74 is a gimme, and as advertised it’s TRUE ACTUAL MILES ....also this ad seems to have auto filled a few things: TITLES ARE CLEAR NOT REBUILT, BOTH ARE ORIGINAL TITLES.... |
