Description of 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Triple Blk |
I have for sale a beautiful family cruiser, in the family for years and hopefully it can make someone else happy( All pictures were taken on 11/11/2020). Totally setup for highway driving, no burning rubber, never seen a drag strip. Engine, Transmission 350TH, rear end all solid and can take you truly anywhere, does need some TLC. Brakes are stock so you can upgrade to suit your performance needs, I love that it's shiny Black with Patina but you can repaint to your liking ( I love the look). Interior is black leather and the headliner is in excellent shape. In the Rear both axles were replaced along with new bearings and seals and for cooling an aftermarket aluminum radiator with matching shroud/electric fan w/ adjustable temp thermostat. Long tube headers and 2.5" header back exhaust system from Summit Racing. Car will also come with the beauty rings for the rims, Original AC compressor I removed to save weight, original Gm air intake and Quadra jet Carburetor I removed for the Edelbrock swap. Better fuel economy and smoother acceleration. 76cc Combustion Chamber, Camshaft- Hydraulic Flat Tappet Part# 3863151 Intake Lift- 83" Exh Duration@ .050"-202 Deg Lobe Separation: 112 Degrees Edelbrock 1406 Carb with Edelbrock Intake and Aftermarket HEI Distributor. New Red wires. Very mild build nothing radical. Starts up onone turn. |
