1968 Corvette 427 390 hp.4 spd. .Factory Red.Black convertible.Red hardtop . Back interior. 2 tops. Must see to appreciate . This Corvette was loved and not abused. Basically an original numbers matching car. Excellent body and paint. Not show quality but very nice. Manual steering and brakes.Engine and compartment very clean. Headlight work very nice as should. All stainless polished. Following new parts. All chrome, front and rear air dam, carpets, weatherstripping,seat belts, arm rests, inside handles, weather stripping, door felt. mufflers (flow master) & tailpipes with tips. actuators vacuum hoses etc for headlights and wiper door. MSD electronic ignition. Brakes have been serviced. New calipers and pads.New oil and filter just changed. Excellent tires with spare and wheels redone. Original lenses and door glass with script. Soft top is good and usable. Hard top is good condition and needs refinishing. Frame and birdcage excellent condition. Engine runs extremely strong and powerful. Car handles extremely well and steering is very tight and straight. This is one excellent driver quality 68 Corvette.Great car to work on and drive and enjoy now. There are only 4 minor issues with this car that i can think o, as follows.1) Windshield wipers not workin, needs new windshield wiper motor. 2) Tach just stopped working recently, Prob needs new tach cable.3) Left turn signal switch not staying on, but if u hold it down it does work.4) Needs left door ajar switch.This is still a great practically all original matching numbers 68 427 that has excellent potential to go to a next level. I am trying to be completely honest as possible and would like to see this car go to someone who will appreciate it and love it as i have .Clean title in hand.
