I hate to sell my 1966 Chevrolet K10 short wide Fleetside 4x4 pickup but I want to make room for other projects. The truck had a license tag of 1982 on it but I believe it was driven after this as a farm truck. It has beautiful patina, (rust is a color) and has some moss on it too. The bed looks like a 1960 or 61, I filled the trim holes with plastic plugs. It had been upgraded with a 1967 305, dual exhaust that sounds nice, automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes, the front axle was replaced with one from an 85 blazer that has disc brakes, new front windshield and rubber and door rubber. I put in NEW - Tires, carpet with sound deadener, firewall pad, AM/FM radio with CD, bluetooth and speakers, air conditioning with heat and defroster, rear axle and wheel seal,Carr side steps, center console with cup holders, rear view mirror, backup lights, roll up window felt, hood seal, front shocks, steering stabilizer, arm rests and door handles, sun visors, antenna, battery hold down, dome light cover, glove box light, under dash courtesy lights with door switches, driving lights, switch and and wiring, door locks, tailgate chain covers, windshield washer and wipers, speedometer and cable, tune up and all oil change, Chevrolet bottle opener, and passenger seat belt extender. I then removed the bed and replaced ALL the wood strips with an oak kit, spray painted the new metal strips to look rusted and reinstalled the bed. It runs and drives great now. Solid floors, light surface rust on frame under bed.
