Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, including our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE is a 1992 Chevy S-10 Tahoe with the desirable long bed, V6 engine, and just 152k miles. She may not look like much, but this is a solid little truck. The finish shows it's age, as you can see. There are a few dents here and there, too. Aside from a little here and there, the body actually looks to be surprisingly rust-free for a nearly 30 year old truck. The body itself is pretty straight. The hood latch is broken, but the doors and tail gate all open and close easily. The bed has a protective liner and looks pretty solid. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory steel wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. The interior looks about like the exterior...old. The door cards are clean and show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean, although the headliner is sagging. The carpets show a few marks from age but are not excessively worn. The cloth bench seat shows some age but is comfortable. The windows roll up and down easily. The radio won't turn on. The heater works great, too! It looks like someone ran a screw through the glove box door so I'm guessing the latch is broken. Again...not bad for nearly 30 years old but don't expect to get any phone numbers cruising around in this one. Mechanically, this little S-10 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are actually really good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The big V6 is more than enough engine for this little truck and makes great power. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues...and this is an overdrive transmission, too. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely not one single complaint. If you're looking for a rock solid little truck, this S-10 would like to talk to you. I get emails all the time from folks asking me if I have any cheap trucks...so here you go. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
