1957 Chevrolet Cameo 3124 series Truck. This is a true 3124 Cameo. We are a Chevrolet dealer in the State of Wisconsin. We took this in on trade on a new 2019 Chevrolet Blazer. Our customer purchased this truck almost 50 years ago when he returned from active military service. He is now retired and chose to let it go. It has been in storage for many years. Gas was drained prior. We put in a battery, fresh fuel, and aired up the tires. The tires are nylon (bias ply). They do all hold air. The truck runs and drives. Oil pressure is good and all gauges seem to work. Radio does not work. Hub caps and trim rings are in the bed. The wood in bed is solid. A few trim pieces missing in photos were found and are pictured laying on seat. Truck had partial paint 40 years ago. Engine and transmission look to be original. This is the real deal. It is a true Cameo. The 3124 production numbers can still be read in chalk behind the engine on the firewall. This is where they wrote them during assembly at the factory. Mileage is believed to be correct. We are selling this truck as is. This is an old truck. It has been sitting. It will need TLC/Restoration throughout. Buy it now is firm.
