I bought this car from my brother, who had restored it. Our deal was I wasn't allowed to sell it because he still wanted to drive it. Circumstances have changed, and I reluctantly need to sell it. I helped him drag it out of a garage about 8 years ago where the original owner had it sitting. It was untouched, and undriven for many years. The miles are original. It is truly a numbers matching car; even the alternator is date coded 350/350HP 4 speed! No air, manual steering and brakes. It was originally Riverside Gold/Black interior/black top. He completely disassembled it, removing the body from the frame. The frame was stripped of all parts, sandblasted and found to be rust free. The frame was epoxy primed and polyurethane painted. All the suspension parts were stripped, primed and painted the same way. All new bushings, bearings, brake and fuel lines(SS) SS sleeved calipers, rotors, hoses and a new master cylinder were purchased and installed. A new composite leaf spring was installed in the back end. New tires and shocks were installed, of course. The engine was rebuilt .030 over and is a sweet, powerful runner. The trans was rebuilt with all new bearings and synchronizers. A Hurst shifter was installed. The differential was serviced by a gear shop near here while it was out. A Edelbrock intake and a Holley carb were put on. It still is able to use the stock air cleaner. A manifold back SS magnaflow exhaust makes it sound like it should. All the chrome engine dress up tin is in place. An aluminum radiator was installed. The body was stripped with bead blasting sanded and primed. The accident free fiberglass only needed the bonding strips smoothed. It was epoxy primed, polyurethane surfaced and painted LeMans Blue PPG basecoat and clearcoat. It was polished to a still beautiful, deep, shiny finish. The bumpers were re-chromed. A trim shop installed a new, tight fitting top. The interior was cleaned. New carpet and leather upholstery was installed, along with new seatbelts. The original seats were vinyl upholstery in good condition but the foam had deteriorated past the point of comfort. The gauges work except for the clock. I apologize about the pictures, the lighting is poor in my garage. I'll try to take and add some more, but it is on a lift right now with my Big Block Chevelle under it and the weather is nasty. The car looks, rides, runs and feels like it ought to; it's taken several 500 mile trips with no problems and I've gotten to trust it enough that I don't even think about whether it will make on the next one. I recently had the vacuum system redone. The headlights and wiper door now pop up and retract like they would have in the old days. Please feel free to ask questions!
