IT CURRENTLY HAS A 1967 STINGER HOOD WHICH MANY FEEL WAS THE BEST LOOKING HOOD STYLE FOR THE 1963-1967 SERIES.

IT WAS STRIPPED DOWN TO THE FIBERGLASS GEL COAT AND THEN SEALED WITH WHITE SEALER (PHOTOS'S OF THAT RESTORATION INCLUDED) AND THEN IT WAS SPRAYED WITH THE DARK GREY PRIMER AND AWAITING THE FINAL PAINT.
AS YOU CAN SEE THE BODY GAPS AND PANEL FIT AND FINISH IS EXTREMELY GOOD.
IT HAS A VERY STRAIGHT AND SOLID BODY, IN FACT THAT IS ITS STRONGEST ATTRIBUTE.
THE EXTERIOR STAINLESS TRIM ON A 1963 CORVETTE IS SPECIFIC TO THAT ONE MODEL YEAR ONLY, WHICH INCLUDES THE REAR SPLIT WINDOW TRIM, THE DOOR PILLAR TRIM AND THE FRONT WINDSHIELD TRIM.
THIS EXTERIOR TRIM WAS CUSTOM MADE AND IS JUST SITTING IN PLACE, NOT AFFIXED YET, SINCE YOU WILL NEED TO DO SOME FINAL FIT AND FINISH PREP AND REINSTALL IT AFTER PAINT.
