Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 |
I have owned this car for 22 years I drove it in the late 90’s while in high school. College and life happened I stored it and it stayed out of sight and out of mind for too long. So I thought I would put out on the web and see what it can bring. I’m listing it for sale only because my mother is aging and selling it would help me pay for traveling expenses currently I’m taking a break and spending time with my 70yr old mother while I can. The car has a good title solid overall only minor rust spots floors and trunk are all good only one small 1-2†hole on the driver side. I have many extras and small parts, most of the stainless trim original steering wheel all parts go with it. Including a replacement wiring harness. I do have a 283 sbc engine that has the original 265 cylinder heads that came with the car that could be negotiated with the sale, local car to my area in Arkansas. NOT a northern car and has been in the area since new. I have most of story about where it has been. Original colors were Sierra gold and India ivory and it still has original paint on the door jambs. With a little work the car isn’t far from being a patina shaded hot rod or if you wanted a original builder. This is far from a rusted out field car that needs every panel replaced. The car is solid overall. As I said I got the car when I was 16, 22 years ago.I love it and would keep it but other things in life mean more right now. Feel free to message me with questions though if you are serious you will know what the car is. Delivery could be arranged for 2.50$ per mile |
