Description of 1950 Chevrolet Fleetline 2 Door Sedan Deluxe

This is a 1950 Chevrolet Fleetline Deluxe 2 door Sedan in Oxford Maroon with a Grecian Gray interior. The odometer reads 21028 miles at this time. The car was originally Black and was repainted at least 5 or more years ago. The car has new glass and seals all the way around. The front end was rebuilt at one time recently and is tight, with no drift while driving.The seat upholstery and headliner are original, the door panels and carpet are replacements. The heater works fine but the defroster has been bypassed. All lights, gauges, horn, radio and clock works, it starts and drives nice, shifts easily, the engine is quiet, there is a slightly noticeable throw out bearing noise when it is idling in neutral. It has a "Rogers remanufactured engine" #76662. There is no noise coming from the 3 speed transmission. The chassis has not been repainted and shows very little rust, The original floor pans are solid and strong. It has the largest 6 volt battery sold by NAPA and the battery is 2 1/2 years old. The "Toyo Extensa A/S" Steel belted radial white wall tires are like new and show very little wear. This car comes with a lot of extras, a book of model specifications and information, a reprint 1949-52 Shop repair manual, reprint Radio service & Shop Manual, reprint Accessories Installation Manual, original 1950 Supplement to the Shop Manual, original Service news Volume 22 numbers 1,2,5,6,7,8,10,11 and 12. There is a reprint poster showing the full line of Chevrolet cars for 1950, two butterfly head screw derivers and a Snap on MD17 distributer tool. The spark plugs and points and condenser were changed less than a year ago. There is an extra pair of hub caps, a parts radio and electric clock, a like new bumper jack and X lug wrench and a car cover.
