1959 Chevy Biscayne 2 Door Rat Rod
Just the right patina on the original paint and just the right amount of crustyness to look ratty but not to trashy.1959 is King to many of us when it comes to custom cars. This is one cool rat, 59 2 door. Similar to the 59 Bel Air. Its a post car.It starts very easy, run, drives, and stops well. You dont need to have any fear of driving it anywhere around.The 235 Hi Thrift 6 has plenty or power, runs great, doesnt overheat, doesnt use or burn oil, No weird or bad engine noises or smoke either. Its very solid. It has been completely gone through. New Floor Pans, trunk pans, bolts everywhere underneath, new exhaust and muffler, new wiper motor, new gas tank, fuel lines, new brakes and brake lines. Electronic ignition.The e brake needs a new cable.. I will include one.The Gas gauge, idiot lights, temp gauge, speedo, headlights, tail lights, turn signals and brake lights all work. The horns work. Windows all work up and down. Im not sure if the windshield was replaced at some point or the rear window, but they are both very very nice. Side windows have some cracking, just the right amount that they arent going to brake but go with the patina and rust for the right look we all love. The bumpers are strait. All of the trim is there and only 2 pieces have noticable marks in them. Radio Delete panel so no tunes.. I take my bluetooth speaker along! The wheels are old crusty 17" Foose wheels with newer tires.It doesnt leak all over the place and besides maybee the horn and the ebrake cable, it needs no imidiate attention. Get in and go where you want as it is. Its hard to even get out of a gas station or parking lot because everyone wants to talk it up, take pics and get pics with it.
