This 1966 Chevrolet Wagon is a very unique piece. It spent its life in Oregon and was factory optioned with a 396ci Big Block that is still powering the car to this day. That is right, the original 396 is still in the car after being rebuilt under previous ownership. To add to its uniqueness, the car was also a factory air ride car and retains the rear level sensor and some factory air ride components can still be seen under the hood. The car is not perfect but it is a good car. Very reliable driver and recently serviced. Some items that were attended to are as follows; new valve covers and gaskets, new brake master cylinder, new wheel cylinders, new brake shoes, new brake fluid, new rear air shocks, new rear coil springs, new front shocks, new front coil springs and new white wall tires on all 4 corners. We are pretty picky here at Grand Rapids Classics so we do describe the paint and body as very solid but does show signs of amateur work. The floor pans are rock solid as you would expect from a western car. We are hoping to find this very unique and exceptionally cool wagon a new and loving home where it can be enjoyed!
