Description of 1968 Chevrolet Camaro

Ground Up Built Pro Touring Restomod 408ci LS V8 5-speed A/C Mini Tubs 9in ///
Combining a hot LS stroker motor with a tough Tremec 5-speed and menacing black and silver aesthetics, this sweet Camaro pro-tourer is your ticket to good times and great memories! The beneficiary of a detailed, professional restoration, this awesome F-Body has been lovingly coated in a rich combination of black and silver 2-stage that's as slick as oil on a hot drag strip! Hoist this Chevy's low-rise hood and you'll find 408 cubic inches of rowdy LS stroker motor that was built, tuned and perfected by Clearwater, Florida's Pinellas Performance Automotive. That modern small block is trailed by a tough Tremec 5-speed, which spins a 9-inch, fabricated axle under well integrated mini tubs. That pumpkin pushes a triangulated 4-bar rear-clip that's finished with a big sway bar and proven RideTech coil-overs. Opposite that hardware, a second big sway bar frames RideTech StrongARMs, two more RideTech coil-overs and power rack-and-pinion steering. Four Wilwood calipers cinch four drilled and slotted discs. And everything rolls on staggered Billet Specialties wheels, which lap 245/40ZR18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports in front of 345/30ZR19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Between the doors, SCAT Procar buckets join a factory bench under taut leather trim. Fade-free carpet floats "SS" branded mats between billet foot pedals, JL Audio kick speakers and a custom console that's centered on a colorful Kenwood head unit and a booted Hurst shifter. In front of that shifter, a padded dash founds sporty AutoMeter Sport-Comp telemetry next to modern air conditioning. And the driver spins a thick Momo steering wheel around a tilting column.
