Here is a very nice and drivable 1959 Corvette in soughtafter colors. It has the 283 cubic inch V-8 with 2 4bbl carbs and puts out 245horsepower. Frame off restored a few years ago and not driven much in past 3 years. Has a 519 block (correct) with a date code H 27 8, which would be correct for the car. Heads are not original as they don't have the staggered holes for the valve cover. Have not had the covers off to get the numbers. Intake is correct and I believe the carbs are correct, however no tags on them. Engine pad reads F017CT. (the number dosent make sense as it's missing a number, but that is what is there.) It is believed to be a 39,000original mile car. It has the factory type spare tire, jack and jack handle in thetrunk. Everything works (even the clock) with exception to the AM radio. It isthe signal seeking radio and that part does work, but I cannot get a station onit. Might be the antenna.

The car has a white convertible top that goes up and down asit should and is in very good condition…no rips or tears. Windows operate asthey should. Car has good oil pressure and stays cool while driving.

It is a 4 speed trans with a positraction rear. The clutch isgood and the trans shifts as it should.

Not a lot of these 59 cars around and they are steady goingup in value. This car is priced to sell quickly so don’t hesitate as it will begone.

I recently bought this car and the ONLY reason I am selling is simple...I am 6'2" and am to tall for the car! Not enough leg room between the dash and steering wheel to "safely" shift the car ! I love the car otherwise. It drives and runs great. I am losing money on this deal, but I stepped up a little on this car because of how nice it is.. my loss, your gain.
