STK 2727 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS
This 2-owner Monte Carlo SS is a beautiful example of the top-of-the-line 4th generation model - fully optioned and powered by a 305CI HO small block. (The original window sticker is included with the car.) The factory Super Sport White exterior is in very good condition. Accents such as a subtle front air dam, rear spoiler and BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires on 15" SS wheels add to the coupe's visual impact. Inside, the original Maroon cloth interior has been very well preserved. Our Monte Carlo is equipped with cold air conditioning, AM/FM stereo and power tinted windows. The SS package adds a sport wheel, full set of gauges w/tach and center console w/floor mounted shifter. Other features include power locks/trunk, cruise, tilt wheel and dual sport mirrors. The SS 305HO 4V (Quadrajet) produces 180 HP and 225lb/ft of torque. It has never required a rebuild and appears to have been very well maintained. Recent upgrades include a new radiator, hoses, valve cover gaskets and belts. It is backed by the GM's THM 200R4 4-speed automatic transmission that was totally rebuilt in 2018. The chassis is fitted with the F41 Suspension package, power steering and power-assisted front discs/rear drums. The rear brake system has been totally rebuilt and new gas shocks have been recently installed. The two owners of this Monte Carlo have gone to great lengths to maintain its originality and those efforts will make its next owner very proud. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
