1979 CAMARO PRO BUILT RACE CAR ROLLER ONLY!!This car has some very high end components. It was raced for the last 15 yrs and has been dialed in to hook and go straight. BODY: Build started with a very clean body. Taken down to just the hull. It has a 12pt cage tied in a mutiple pts. S&W rear frame and 4 link setup. The car has fiberglass front clip. hood. doors. rear bumper cover. and trunk lid. Very light. All fit extremely well as shown in pics. The car has real headlights and taillights. Lexan windows on doors and back glass. Front is real glass with trim still in place. The paint on the car was really well done when first painted but has normal wear from years of drag racing. The doors and front end are easily removable. Body is laser straight and all panels fit well. INTERIOR: Car has nice tin work on dash and rear interior section with tubs. Has several gauges including gas. and speedo gauge along with tach and RPM activated shift light. Oil. water. volt. oil temp. boost/vacuum. Fuel pressure gauges. All autometer brand. MSD 6AL with 2step. B&M shifter. Race seat with pad. and RJS CURRENT DATED seat belts 5 pt harness. Seat has back brace. Adjustable. All work is quality and fits as it should. Cage has nice welds and location is comfortable to driver. The cage is set up better than most with it even having the rocker panel bar from rear to front for a super stiff chassis. SUSPENSION: 4 LINK SETUP WITH MARK WILLIAMS HIGH HORSEPOWER REAR END with high torque 35 spline axles with 5/8 3" studs. Brace custom fabricated rear end with braces on 4link brackets and internal gussets. Center section is top shelf nodular case with 5:14 pro gear with full spool. Aluminum powle brothers pinion support. billet yoke and a custom MARK WILLIAMS drive shaft. Large rear drum brakes with all new hardware. New front rotors with 3" studs and all new hardware. Stock front subframe. Stock crossmember with poly bushing. Front motor plate. CUSTOM ALUMINUM SMITH RADIATOR. Large big tube trans cooler. 6AN trans lines. Large harwood fuel cell with 12AN braided line to canister filter and holley fuel pump with 10AN line all the way to front regulator. Manual brakes with line lock. CUSTOM RACK AND PINION STEERING. WHEELS: Weld racing draglites 15/14 rear with nice TOYO 32/14. 5 tires. Only 8 passes. 15/3 1/2 fronts with light wt. MOROSO front tires. MISC. : 2 rear mounted batteries in trunk with shut off switch. New Competition engineering adj. coil over rear shocks. Paint has chips and cracks in fiber glass and could use new paint to be super nice and the windshield has a crackCAR DOES HAVE A CLEAR WV TITLE!!! It can easily be a wicked street car again. CAR IS OFFERED AS A ROLLER BUT I WILL CONSIDER COMPLETE OFFERS. IT HAS A MERLIN 468ci with an NEW ABRUZZI TH400 trans. I would rather sell it as a roller though.
