Description of 1992 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 silverado

Thanks for checking out my 1992 Silverado x cab!!! This is a true time warp vehicle. I purchased it from a 92 year old friend of mine a few months back. I quickly realized that, even stored in my climate controlled garage, its way too nice to be used as my only truck/tow vehicle. It runs, drives, rides like a one year old truck. Its a zero disappointment vehicle in every sense of the word. Please check out my PERFECT feedback on VERY expensive items, what you see is what you get -- the vehicle will be as described, and as pictured. I have over 200 hi def photos of every corner of this truck. There are zero issues with rust or rot, as the vehicle has been garaged in GA its whole life, and was owned by the original owner until late last year. Carfax is perfect and shows one open recall from the 1990s for a "front seatback recliner attachment".Zero accidents or non factory paint. The spare its the original Tiger Paw. It has new Michelins on it (matching) now. There is a clerical error milage inconsistency from 1996 that I will address below.

Heres the story on this truck:

Jim Ivey, owner of Lawrenceville Motor Cars out of Lawrenceville, GA purchased this truck new at Timmers Chevrolet in June 1992. He was an auto dealer and always had a company car, so to say the least this truck was used sparingly.

I was in the business at the time, and eventually went to work for Jim’s son, in 1995. Eventually, I went to work at another dealership, and Jim and his son would call on me to purchase cars. Fast forward to 2004, I bought a couple of franchised car dealerships. Jim would stop in to see me a couple times a month and would always ask me what I thought this truck was worth. We talked about the business and the truck, but he wouldnt ever sell me the truck, no matter what I offered for it.

At age 92, his sons started contacting me about some of the items he had for sale that he could no longer use. These items included a motorhome that was 20 years old with less than 1000 miles on it, a few other cars, and this truck!!! He had stopped driving, and just didnt need it any longer. I bought it a couple days later. I hadnt seen the truck in over 10 years, but I bought it sight unseen. The sons delivered the truck a few days later. I was going to use it as a “Home Depot” truck and maybe take it to a local show. As I got to looking at it and driving it, I realized it was way to nice to be used as my only truck. It is exactly as I received it, with one exception, I put a new exhaust on it, as the original one had a few small holes in it and I wanted it perfect ….

Included in the photo gallery is the RO where the sons got it ready for sale, they spent over $1000 getting it road ready. Also, the RO for the new exhaust I had fitted, over $600. The truck runs and drives perfectly, there is zero non-factory paint on it, every single thing works on it, and every light bulb is burning correctly. Cold A, Hot heat. Matching Michelins have 90% tread. The only “picks” on the truck are as follows: There are two of the indicators on the factory EQ that dont light up. there are a couple small rock chips on the leading edge of the hood that are too small to be seen in the pix. It drives like a new car, at every speed. Its a car that has spent its entire life in Lawerenceville GA, and now resides in my climate controlled garage in Hoschton GA ….

In regards to the mileage inconsistency on car fax ….

I have a copy of the original title, front and back. In 1996, when the truck had 14,xxx miles on it, Jim reassigned the title to one of his children, and then changed his mind. When I bought the truck, this is the title they handed me. We did an affidavit of correction and filled my information in place of his childs information. We did NOT change the miles, because it was LESS than the miles that were actually on the truck, and in GA I wanted to have an “actual miles” title. I have an RO from 1996 that shows the miles were 14000 at that time from a chevy dealership as well. Again, this is all documentedand just a matter of easily putting the pieces together. The buyer will get a clean “actual miles” title in my name showing the 14,xxx miles along with all the supporting documentsI listed above.

Ebay only allows 24 pictures, I have over 200 I can email or text. This truck is the real deal, there cant be many out there like this one. I hate to sell it, but I need the space for vehiclesthat I will actually use. Bid to win, I am ready to make a deal on this one, as I have already replaced it with a "beater truck" .... any questions at all ??? call or text me Jason @ seven seven ZERO 206 o168 ....

PAY PAL CAN BE USED FOR DEPOSIT ONLY, BALANCE MUST BE CLEARED FUNDS BEFORE TRUCK IS RELEASED!!!! GOOOOOOD LUCK!!!!!
