Classic Â½ ton Capricewas made in the Southgate, Ca plant and has spent its entire life in sunny California. This beauty has been in the same family since 1972. Runs and drives great! Always professionally maintained and serviced. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere, right now. Clean title in hand and currently registered.
Exterior- The exterior has a nice patina finish. Still looks pretty good but could be a good candidate for a new paint job. The body is rust free and pretty straight for being such an original car. The vinyl top is decent but obviously shows signs of wear as to be expected and seen in the pictures. All the glass is in good shape. Chrome is in great condition. Interior- Interior is pretty nice for its age. The seats are in good condition as seen in the pictures. Carpet is worn. The headliner is in great condition with no rips or tears.
Mechanical- Car has always been serviced and repaired as needed. This car runs amazing. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. Starts right up every timeand sounds great. Big block 402 Cubic-inch Turbo Jet400 is a strong engine with plenty of power. Transmission is smooth with no issues. A/C turns on but will need a charge. You will not be disappointed! The pictures are nice but this Caprice looks better in person. Car is being sold AS-IS so you are encouraged to view and drive it before the auction ends.
