Hi Folks, I looking to sell my slightly modified 1961 Corvette. I bought the car locally from a classic collector a few years ago. He stated it bought the car from a classic car auction as a project needed some restoration. He repainted the car silver but not sure if it was the original color. Most of the interior was restored sometime in the past and still looks pretty good. Most of the gauges works except the water temperature gauge, factory tach and clock. All the glass and chrome looks good. The tried 350 engine was replaced with a rebuilt 1963 327 engine which was slightly modified with a 350hp camshaft and performance intake and carb. The 4-speed is a newer Richmond Gear transmission. The rear differential is a custom Ford 9 inch which fits in the stock location. Has a 4:10 gear with a posi unit. The frame is clean and rust free, he stated the car came from out West. The front suspension is pretty much stock except the coil springs which raise the front end slightly. Also has disc brakes front and rear for better stopping. The convertible top is white and shows very little wear. I always have the top down during the summer and put it up in the winter time. I would rate the car as a very nice driver. Feel free to call or text me with any questions. Leave message if no answer. Thanks and have a great day. Art 630 664 1161
