Truck was completely soda blasted inside and out before paint and body work was started.Rockers, 1 cab corner, and small section of floor on both sides was replaced. Replaced the inner and outer roof skin from a donor cab…somebody had cut in sunroof at some point in the trucks life. Also new grill support. Underside of cab, box, fenders were sprayed with raptor liner. Altman easy latches. Porterbuilt hood hinges, custom inner fenders, 64-66 sail panel covers, C50 grille converted to fit c10. Custom Deluxe trim. 62 C10 emblems. The paint finish on the truck is a single stage matte/flat finish. Hot Rod Flatz, Seafoam metallic, and flat ivory was used. These 2 colors are very close to the original factory colors of the truck. Porterbuilt core support. Wood bed floor (not raised), stainless steel strips in bed. Fuel fills thru aluminum panel in bed floor. All new glass. Custom one piece side windows. Billet Specialties Speedway cast wheels, polished. 20x9 front, 20x10 rear. 265x40x20 front tires, 285x35x20 rear tires.Truck was featured in Street Trucks in readers rides. February 2017. Truck is very nice and can be driven just as it is anywhere. The paint on hood and cowl are slightly lighter than rest of truck…long story short, hood and cowl were repainted off the truck 2 years later. It doesn’t really bother me, but you can tell if you look long enough at it. I have tons of receipts and information about the truck. Block was bored and stroked to 408 cubic inch. Carrillo pistons, Lunati rods, Lunati crank, ARP fasteners inside and ARP for head bolts. Shortblock was balanced and blueprinted. LS9 cam. 317 cast heads with BTR springs, seats. Smith Brothers Bronze bearing trunnion upgrade on rockers. Drive by wire. LSA supercharger has the solid coupler installed, also has ZL1 lid. Front accessory drive and intake spacers by LSX Precision. Huge water to air heat exchanger, with dual fans and fan controller for the heat exchanger. Bosch coolant pump for heat exchanger, custom aluminum water tank for supercharger. Custom built cold air intake, that is piped to bring in cold air. MSD wires. Gibson stainless long tube headers, Magnaflow mufflers, H pipe. 2.5 inch stainless steel exhaust was fully tig welded, all connections were made with V band clamps for easy removal. Affordable EFI engine harness with blue/green ECM. One piece driveshaft. Built 4L80E transmission (new), Borg Warner clutches, several Sonnax upgrades in transmission. 3000 stall Circle D converter (new). Custom built radiator and shroud with electric fan. Aeromotive 340 fuel pump, Aeromotive Fuel regulator, Aeromotive Fuel filter. Deatsch Werks injectors 62lb(new). Innovation wide band.
