Time to let go of my dad’s truck. 1957 Chevrolet 3200 long bed. Parked for about three years, Registered non-op.Details:All stock, numbers match, 235ci three speed.Always a California truck. Ran well when parked three years ago for storage, on blocks. Needs at a minimum a rebuild carb, fuel tank and lines cleaned, fuel pump is newer but would need to be cleaned out and a new battery to run, but assume the worst. Also would need brake work to be safe. Tires are about four years old, less than 50 miles on them.Windshield is cracked, Wing window too, dent in cab, bad rust under driver door, bondo peeling in rear fender but straight body for a truck. See pics.Lots of extra parts, including all bed rails. This is a perfect restoration project, Again, ALL ORIGINAL. Will need to be towed away, located in easy access Santa Cruz County CASelling as I need to let her go to a new home that will love her like I did, and my dad did before me. I don’t like to wrench anymore like that, and it pains me to see her on blocks, not driving.
