1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 DZ 302. X77 Z28. Daytona yellow with Daytona yellow houndstooth deluxe interior. Trim code 714 and 76 76. The body build date is 4th week of February, and final production date was March 3rd, I have the documentation on this as well as the dealer it was shipped to. Very solid car, I bought this car 25 years ago and put it in garage and have not touched it. The doors, rocker panels, front fenders, and frame are perfect. No rust or repairs. The floor is very solid, has some really small pin holes in foot areas at back seat, to small for pictures. I was told when I bought the car that the hood is a G.M. hood, I don't know how to confirm it, but it is a heavy hood and 25 years ago aftermarkets were junk so it probably is but no guarantee on that. The only holes in trunk are at the rear of the sunken area see pics. The passenger quarter panel has rust behind wheel, it is contained to the outer quarter. The drivers quarter is solid but someone was doing repair work in the front along the door, and they separated the welds where the quarter meets the rocker so that will need addressed. There are holes on dash where the bottom of windshield sits, the cowl is perfectly solid. The rear bumper guards, headliner windshield and dash pad is missing. There are boxes of interior parts, bezels mirrors door handles seatbelts and lots of other stuff, I cant tell if anything would be missing or not. The front door panels were dyed black as were the headrests by someone in the past, they are yellow underneath. I have a couple sets of glass as well as the ones in the car now that will go with it but no windshield. The DZ 302 is standard bore, never rebuilt. and is complete from cowl inducted air cleaner to the oil pan, the carb, intake, heads, alternator, distributor, water pump, valve covers, fuel lines from pump to carb, and all the brackets are all original to the motor. I do not have the starter, exhaust manifolds or smog pump, the smog pump bracket is here.. However the original motor was scattered in 1974. And this motor was pulled complete from another Z28. Has a Muncie m20 not original to this car. Has the BU coded 12 bolt axle. Has the tic toc tach, 8000 rpm tach. console is in nice shape, not perfect but nice. I have 127 pictures of the car, so anything or any area of the car you want to see please ask and I will E-mail to you. Don't hesitate to ask questions. You may come and look at the car if you wish.
