Only a little over 6 thousand Covair vans made in 1964. Minimal rust, 2 rust through spots, under battery and right below & behind drivers side rear passenger window. Drives and stops, gas tank cleaned, new brake lines and tune up. Doesn’t smoke but my Corvair buddy says carbs need gone through and the clutch will need replaced within 10k miles. I put new tires on and had the generator rebuilt. Here are issues, gas gauge, radio, heater switch, running lights and windshield washer fluid are nonworking.This is an unmolested survivor have fun with it. 3 speed, I’ve had it up to 65 mph. I’m looking to buy a rental property, my van has to go.InteriorAll windows work, front passenger side double door is sagging, stays shut but you have to lift it to open.
