About this vehicleThis 1961 Chevrolet Pickup is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great.Seller's NotesNO RESERVE 1961 Viking, we call it the Big Hunk of Love. It’s a 2 ton, formally a Bend OR fire department water tanker in its previous life. Now it lives in Puyallup Wa.As far as it goes, this thing is solid. It starts up every time, shifts through all 8 gears (2 speed rear end), is really straight overall (I bought it from a hot rod restorer who raved about how overall straight it is) I believe the windshield is still un cracked as well. It has a clean new exhaust with stacks coming out behind the cab. Only problem I’ve even noticed Over the last year is the master slave cylinder for the clutch will leak a little over time.
