Description of 1980 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

We have for auction today our 1980 Chevy Z28 Camaro, this Camaro runs BUT has been in storage so long it now hascarburetorissues and stalls out, that being said it will need a rebuild on the carb. Due to this issue it will be sold with no reserve and as needing mechanical work. I have the clean California title in hand, no past due registration fees in California.
The stock original V8 starts and runs but stalls out due to carburetor, engine itself is very strong and has an exhaust leak.Tires have about 80% tread life. Equipped with A/C and P/S. Power steeringpump is making noise, so it will eventually need replaced.
Cosmetically, this Z28 has the original paint but has faded and is not perfect and has paint chips and scratches here and there (see close up pics of all flaws). No previous body repairs noted. There is a tear on the left side of bumper plastic under the headlight, 3"scrape on passenger fender and a softball size dent on the D/S roof. All glass is in good shape. The only rust issue is where water was trapped under the windshield in the lower D/S corner by the VIN number (see pic). This is a common issue with these Camaros and Trans Ams, almost all of mine have had this. Undercarriage and body are solid, car was stored indoors in desert climate. Interior is all there and factory original, there are aftermarket speaker holes in the door panels. The lower front seat fabric needs recovered and dash has cracks. All seats are firm still and rear seat is perfect.
This Z28 is stored in Moreno Valley California, 92551 near March Air Base.
