It was like this when i bought it. 3" Lowering Coil springs in the rear Torsion Bars are turned down in the front. PA Title In hand I have a set of 4 Chevy truck Rally Wheels & 3 extra tires I have some of the original boxes & Lots of paperwork that come with the truck also This truck is not perfect. but right now it makes a great driver. and turns alot heads!
