Description of 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle MALIBU

Up for your consideration is a Stunning example of a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS convertible! This bow tie was the lucky recipient of a frame off, nut & bolt restoration with great attention to detail. There is a large three ring folder documenting the restoration, pictures and receipts. This was a two year long restoration that was completed back in the spring of 2019, with very few miles since the completion. This is a ground pounding 327/350hp mated to a Muncie M21 close ration four speed manual transmission and a 12 bolt rear end. There is full factory gauges, factory tachometer, radio, vintage A/C and heat, power steering, power disc brakes, power windows, power locks, custom 17" US MAGS and a power top! Everything inside and out is new or rebuilt, including the wiring on the car. There is a 4" three ring folder full of receipts that go with the car as well. Pictures do not due this car justice at all. This is a TURN KEY car and everything on the car works and functions correctly as it should. This is a real deal 138 code Super Sport factory V8 convertible!
There were 378,618 Chevelle / Malibu's produced in 1965, but only 7,995 Chevelle, Malibu SS V8 convertibles produced. That is only about 2% which makes this car extremely rare.
