1992 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Over two decades since this Corvette convertible first touched asphalt. it is still in miraculous like new condition. its stunning Black Rose Metallic paint shines brightly. its black leather interior free of the telltale signs of wear so evident in many Corvettes of this vintage. Sold new in New York. the current owner purchased it while living in Pennsylvania. then moved with the car to Las Vegas several years ago. It has never seen winter weather and is rust free and This car is powered by the 300 horsepower LT1 V8. and the four speed automatic overdrive transmission gives it instant acceleration and excellent highway mileage. The birdcage construction of the C4 series Vettes. tried and proven since first introduced in 1984. produces excellent handling. Five link geometry at the rear end consists of upper and lower longitudinal links and twin lateral struts from the differential to the hub carriers for cornering stability. Four wheel disk brakes. cast alloy wheels and sticky VR50 radial tires complete the handling package.
