Description of 1970 Chevrolet El Camino

1970 El Camino SS in excellent condition. brand new engine. Trans and rebuilt 10 bolt posi. Power disc brakes and power steering. This truck was restored. and previous owner took the venal roof off. The quarters were replaced with new GM quarters. fenders are mint. Big block hood is mint. Doors are real nice. have small bubbles on the drivers door and in the inside corners of both doors ( easy repair. very typical). Floors are nice. looks like the rear floors were replaced at one time. need minor cleaning up. Bed is nice. one rust spot in the front corner about 6 inches by 4. Under the bed cover. there is a patch where the spare tire goes. needs to be finished. not a good job for such a nice car. This truck is totally restored under the hood. and is about ready for paint and a new venal roof on the outside. It would take very little to make this a 20-25k car. This car is missing nothing. every piece of trim is in good shape. bumpers look great. just a few chips in the SS front bumper. back is perfect. Has a working SS dash with tach and gauges. was a bench seat car. has GM buckets that need re done. New carpet in the box. does need a headliner. Glass needs to be re sealed. tiny bit of rust in the windshield wells. was cleaned and etch primed. needs minor repairs. Rebuilt frnt end. new brakes. and springs. *Original SS car with big block hood and working SS tach dash * Rebuilt 355 Chevy engine and Trans. about 350 hp. New Holley 650 * 10 bolt posi rear *Super clean body RUNS AND DRIVES. STOPS AND STEERS PERFECT. However. it's not new.
