*****New photos added 11-24-20*****This Pickup is a complete build from the ground up. It is sitting on a S-10 front clip and square tubing sub frame all the way to the rear of the truck. The rear end is from an S-10 and the rear suspension is a triangulated 4 link made out of square tubing as well. It has S-10 shocks all the way around (New) and is riding on air bags all the way around. All of the relays for the bags are routed through the tool box in the back of the truck along with the battery. The control switches for the bags and pump is under the dash on drivers left. It has 2 tanks under the bed of the truck and a Viair compressor along with 150psi shut off switch. The front suspension is stock S-10 and a brand new rack and pinion has been installed for easy steering. The drive train is a freshly rebuilt (200 miles on it maybe) 350 SBC that isn't even broken in good yet. It is a very mild engine made for cruising not racing. Heads were also rebuilt and a valve job performed with all new seals etc. Intake is an old Edelbrock, Carb is a very fresh 4160 Holley that runs like a top. New alternator, and electric fans for cooling. Fuel system is powered by a Holley electric fuel pump and Holley inline fuel regulator for adjusting fuel pressure. Currently sits at about 6psi and the motor seems happy with it. Behind the 350 is a turbo 350 transmission that shifts out nice and smooth. Fuel tank is the old keg in the bed of the truck. Inside the truck is equipped with 3 gauge panel and tach all lighted at night. There is a gauge to the drivers upper left that shows air pressure in tanks. Truck has tilt steering out of a late model pickup, a switch for the cooling fans and for the alternator. Push/pull switch for the lights and running lights on top, looks killer at night. The running lights on top are chrome and original from that era. It also has a keyed on/off switch and a push button for the starter. All of the floor panels and transmission tunnel are of heavy gauge sheet metal and look great in my opinion on this build. the tires are Coker street slicks on the rear and Coker skinnies on the front along with the baby moons. Looks really good on this truck. Front windshield is brand new after the top was chopped. Doors are held on with old screwdrivers for the hinge pins which I think looks very cool. This truck gets honks, compliments and looks everywhere I go. I won the only car show I entered it in and it was a lot of fun. This is a really good build, not a piece of junk with the Rat label slapped on it. This thing has Mojo, its cool and a piece if history. I wish I could keep it but things happening in my life where it has to go. Any questions please ask. thanks for looking...
