The 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza convertible is a fun sports car that has a large following. This Corvair is in a great color combination of Red with a black top and black vinyl interior. The simulated wire wheels and white wall tires give it a classy upscale look. The engine is a rear mounted 164 CID 6-cylinder that has plenty of pep and shifts through a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission. The interior is black vinyl with bucket seats. The engine has just been tuned up and it runs great. New brakes and new tires have just been installed, so this drop top is ready to cruise and enjoy. Only 10,345 Monza convertibles were produced in 1966, so this is not a car you see a lot of. The Chevrolet Corvair was produced from 1960-1969 and is still the only American built car with a rear-mounted air-cooled engine!
