Description of 1971 Chevrolet C-10 |
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this immaculate 1971 Chevy C10 pickup. This gorgeous truck comes in a stunning light blue paint job complemented by a clean two-tone blue and white interior. Powering this truck is an LS2 6.0 V8 paired to a 4L60 automatic transmission. A full restoration to include the powertrain is believed to have been completed by the previous owner. One look at this stunning C10 and you'll agree. Additionally, the current owner has kept up with all maintenance and then some with the receipts to prove it. Features of the vehicle include power front disc brakes, power steering, working heat, A/C, and much more. So, if you're in the market for a classic Chevy, you will be hard-pressed to find a better example anywhere. Please call or email us today for more information. A new, more modern look came for the 1967 model line of trucks, along with a new nickname: "Action Line". Numerous changes occurred in 1971. First came another new grille design (the "egg-crate") for Chevrolet trucks and black paint over portions of the GMC grille. Second, an additional trim package was introduced: the Cheyenne. Finally, the front brakes on all light-duty trucks were switched from drum brakes to disc brakes, resulting in much less brake fade under heavy use. The 1972 models were very similar to the 1971 models, with the only change being the rearview mirror was glued to the windshield rather than bolted to the top of the cab, and metal or vinyl-covered flat door panels were no longer available; all trim level door panels were molded plastic with integral armrests and wood grain inserts on Cheyenne and Sierra trim levels.
