Finished inoriginalFathom Green Metallic (factory code 57) w/Medium Green Interior (factory code 721) and powered by a (matching numbers) 302,V8 with4spd manual transmission, this fresh frame off restored 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is an iconic piece of Automotive history. Listed at 290 HP for insurance purposes in the late 60’s but actually produced closer to 390 HP making the Z28 a highly desirable package amongst car enthusiasts.

The Z28 package was equipped with powerfrontdiscbrakes, an upgraded suspension package, cowl induction hood, Bucket seats with a mostly sparse interior but included the optional full cluster package in front of the hurst shifter.

Frame off restoration tooriginal specs with subtlereversableupgrades added to ensure safety, reliability and driving enjoyment. Just 66,714 (believed to be original chassis miles) and car runs/drives like the day it left the showroom floor. Meticulously maintained, stored and appreciated in sunny Southern California inan aircrafthangar. Car was stored under a cover while on a trickle charge to ensure everything stayed fresh. Car was started and mildly exercised to maintain the integrity of the working parts and has been a dream to own/drive.It’s been driven very very little since the restoration.

Paint shines like new, the body is free of any damage, dents, rust, dings or rock chips. The only blemish is a pea sized paint chip on thecreaseof thedriversdoor that is hardly noticeable unless pointed out. The interior is in pristine condition withnoholes, tears, rips or even wear. The interior carpet has been protected by rubber floor mats (which are also in excellent condition) and carpet looks like new throughout. Trunk is equipped with a full size spare and is free of any damage, tears or rips. The trunk area is just as clean as the car itself confirming the true pride of ownership.

Tasteful upgrades have been added to maintain the originality of the car but also make it extremely reliable, safe and fun to drive.Modern battery, tires and shocks were recently installed as well as acustom exhaust system that sounds incredible.

Car was originally sold in Chicago, Illinois and comes with all documents including original build sheetand receiptwhen originally sold new.
