1948 Chevrolet Other Pickups. Barn find. 3800 Chevy Thriftmaster truck.
Up for sale is a nice tan 1948 Chevrolet truck. It is a 3800 one ton truck (one ton stake dually) with clear title.
The truck was in one family since new before I got it. It was always shedded and well maintained. It never spent any time outside unless it was being used. It never spent a night outside. It still has original paint and is rust free. It isn't perfect but still shows well for the age. The bed and livestock racks are nice, too. It has a nice pair of rear tire chains, a couple of jacks, and other extra parts that are included. It's a barn find I rescued, cleaned, and put away for a future project. It was in a barn that was falling down and was moved into a machine shed to keep it nice and safe. It's not currently running due to sitting for too long. It's siezed up but should free up easily (or just swap a different engine). It's a nice dually with a great body. The interior is nice as well. Trucks like this are a time capsule. They are original once.
I have too many projects and need the space so I'm going to sell a few. It's ready for its new home. Clear title and key are waiting.
I am willing to do whatever I can do to help (meet with the shipper and help load for transport) if the buyer wants it shipped overseas. I have sold several vehicles that went overseas.
As long as I have been paid, I don't mind storing the truck a while if necessary. I understand scheduling conflicts and transportation arrangements can cause delays. I'm flexible and will work with you.
