1977 Chevrolet Camaro Base Coupe 2-door 5.0l Auto 85K Miles Pearl White

This vehicle is believed to be a two-owner car, built at the GM Van Nuys, CA factory and is a no-rust California car (see photos of undercarriage).

This vehicle is in very nice overall condition for its age. The car starts easily, the three-speed 350 automatic transmission shifts crisply, the power brakes stop well and the power steering does not make any grinding noises. The A/C system has been set up for R34 refrigerant. However, the A/C evaporator box has a hole (replacement part included) and the A/C compressor leaks, so the system needs to be checked out to make fully operable. In inspecting the vehicle, we also noted that the passenger front lap/shoulder belt retractor needs to be replaced. Other than normal wear and tear, such as small paint scratches (e.g. driver's door, panel below rear widow), nothing else was found that required attention at this time.

The owner had the car repainted in pearl white color and the interior replaced with complementary black/white vinyl upholstery and black carpets. The owner also added several chromed accessories under the hood and an aftermarket aluminum radiator. Other modifications include a Pioneer radio/CD/head unit with remote control, two 6 x 9 inch speakers in the package tray, and a key fob activated alarm system with electric door locks. The front bumper rubber strip is a recent replacement. In addition, the owner has recently had the carburetor replaced, obtained a current California smog certificate, and added a new set of 205/75R-14 Hankook Kinergy white wall tires. Receipts are available for the work performed in June and July 2023.

The vehicle comes with a good spare, jack and other tools, as well as the original owner’s manual and the factory repair manual. Bonus included: a trunk full of spare parts and new A/C evaporator box, hose mount, fan motor resistor and fan blower switch.
