This 1992 Chevrolet Blazer is finished in Summit White over gray cloth upholstery. This modern classic was initially delivered to DonMatten Chevrolet in Wichita KS and is powered by a fuel injected 5.7-liter V8 matched to a four speed automatic transmission with overdrive. I believe this was the first year the K1500 was offered on the Blazer. This was a short run for this generation of the Blazer from 1992-1994, making this year very desirable versus the 1995 and later Tahoe.
Rather enjoying a comfortable ride on the highway or shifting on the fly to hit four wheel drive and going off road, you'll enjoy this Blazer. You can even pull your trailer or boat up to 7k pounds, which is a full 1000 pounds more towingcapacitythan the previous years model. Thisutility vehicle can truly do it all, and at a very affordable price.
The options on this Blazer were nearly $6500 way back in 1992. The "preferred equipment group" includes Silverado Trim, AC, ConvenienceGroup featuring tilt wheel, cruise control, power door locks and windows, six way power drivers seat, rear window wiper/washer, and electric remote exterior mirrors.
This Blazer shifts with the optional $890 (1992 money), 4-speed automatic transmission, with 16-inch 245/75R16 tires riding on a 3.42 rear axle. The options continue with the off-road chassis package with bilstein shocks and black roof luggagecarrier. The spare is the original never used spare.
The cabin features high back reclining bucket seats and a folding rear bench with overhead console. Seats and carpet are stainand rip free. The headliner has a couple small holes in it above the passenger seat. The dash has a small crack also.The exterior features all original paint except the hood, which was replaced due to a dent received at the factory. Some chrome is lifting off front grill. The four-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer with 4500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows just 116,276 miles.
The vehicle runs and drives great! The oil was just changed and the AC is currently being worked on. It was R12 and not working at all when the vehicle wasacquired, and has been converted to R134A. It blew ice cold for a week but then lostits freon, believed to be through thefront seal on the compressor. It will be looked at again this week, and the hope is to have the AC blowing cold again before the sale.

After the sale
We will accept any certifiable means of payment. Bank Wire Transfer - Preferred Method. PayPal or credit card payment only accepted for the deposit of $500. Balance must be paid via other accepted means in time specified.*Cashier's Check etc. must be mailed to the owner at least three days prior to vehicle P/U, or if bringing the check in person, mail a copy to arrive at least three business days before your arrival so that funds may be verified. Cash & personal checks will only be accepted with prior agreement.
Any form of payment must clear before release of vehicle. Original title will be released to buyer upon verification of funds. If a 3rd party is picking up/delivering vehicle, the title will be sent to buyer upon confirmation of receipt of vehicle.
*A deposited, in-state Cashier’s Check normally takes 3 banking days before funds are available. Out-of-state/country & personal checks can take ten banking days to clear.
