Up for sale is a very well built and nice looking, 1939 Chevy Custom Street Rod with all body work performed and finished by professional. The work was done by well-known custom body and hot rod builder. Some of the custom body fetchers are. Tilt forward three peace hood with cool hood side panels, molded fenders to the body, with the rear fenders widened 2 Inches for more tire room, new custom-built running boards, tapered to match the widened rear fenders.1940 Chevy head lights also molded into the top of the fenders, inset taillights previsions that fit the C-5 Corvette rear side marker lights for tail lights, shaved door handles with electric door poppers with bear claw latches, smoothed trunk lid, drip real molding shaved and filled, custom dash and center console, all made of medal and the car has all new floor pans up front and in the trunk aria. A nice little gas door with push release is molded into the rear fender and It has a custom billet grill with custom medal valance below the grill. All body work is in medal, primed and ready for final blocking and paint. The original chaises was used in the build and modified for the updates. Built by a chaise's expert with nice X crossmember, Ford 9" rear end completely rebuilt with disk brakes and new Superior ring and pinion in the 350-gear ratio. A 4-bar link system with coil overs was used at the rear and a Mustang II front suspension was installed up front with power rack and pinion steering. The engine is a new, never run 350 Ram Jet 350 hp with a fuel injection system. Sanderson SP 1000 cast headers get the exhaust out and the Transmission is a 700R4 with 2200 stall converter. A walker radiator was used to keep it cool and comes with custom shroud. It is running a new gas tank by "Tanks" with electric fuel pump inside the tank for the fuel injection system. The inside of the car is fitted with custom built dash using Auto Metro "Street Rod series" white face gages also with a nice gage panel. Air vents are fitted in the medal dash nicely for the Vintage air and heat system that come with the car. Also, a Ididit billet steering column is in place and stainless Dubble D steering shaft Cupler hooks the column to the power rack. American Autowire "Highway 22" electrical system is with the car and All glass is new. The door vent wing windows were taken out to fit the new one peace side window door glass and the windshield is a V but type and comes with new windshield rubber kit. (No center post) (Nice) Some other thing that come with the car are, Door weather stripping, new plug wires, brake line kit, windshield wiper motor and install kit, taillight lenses, tail pipe tips for the rear body exhaust cut outs, Lokar Crome billet foot brake, Lokar throttle cable, Juliano's seat belts and mounting kit, fame mount master cylinder and more. I'm listing this nice Street Rod for a friend that has spent over $85,000.00 dollars on his car project but has decided to let it go as he is just not able to finish the build at this time.
