Selling for my neighbor. I have a clear. duplicate title in hand (he lost original). This truck needs LOTS of work to be road ready. so know what you are buying. Truck is titled as a K10 - rear axles & springs have been replaced with a 3/4 ton. 14 bolt Corporate setup. A project we don't have time or money for. Was running & driving 5 years ago. 6. 2 diesel. 700R4 (4-speed with overdrive) transmission. 14 bolt rear. dual fuel tanks. DUMP BED with electric pump that all works (needs fluid - this is why not pictured in the UP position. Works off plow control in cab). plow. running boards. original OEM wheels with original hub caps. Sanden A/C compressor installed - not sure if the A/C ever worked. but that compressor is indestructible. Body has several dents. paint is faded. but no rot holes & frame is SOLID - would make a great farm or yard truck with some effort. Miles are believed to be original - truck was in real nice shape before it sat (see pic from '10). What it needs: DOES NOT RUN. Needs glow plug work. and probably could use flushing of the entire fuel system. and leak repairs since it sat. Cranks over fine when batteries (2) are fully charged (both weak as they sit). Transmission was run without TV cable hooked up. so I'd bet it's toast - was run for 5-10 minutes without the cable. then it stopped moving. and has been parked ever since. Rear axle was installed around the same time. but was not matched to the front. Front is 3. 08. rear is 3. 73. 4x4 was not engaged. luckily - good thing the tranny burned up first. I was told this was a strong running truck when it was running. so I don't suspect any internal engine damage. This would make a great project for someone. Make no mistake - it needs WORK. Lots of surface rust underneath. but everything is solid. No holes in bed. rockers. or cab corners. Small hole just starting under driver's floor mat. WAY above average condition for this part of the country!Look at the pictures good. and know what you are buying. As with anything this age. you can guarantee surprises along the way. With some effort. this can be a real good workhorse once again. I can deliver this to you. anywhere in the country (EXCEPT N. Y. C. . Boston. and others like it - toll road states like New Jersey or New York state will be higher). for $1. 80 per LOADED mile as measured by MAPQUEST. com. from my zip code to your doorstep. on an OPEN flatbed trailer with a winch.
