Description of 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle |
There is not enough time and or space to write everything there is about this car! I have owned it for Five years now and loved every minute of it. I have worked very little on it since I owned the car other then installing the Edelbrook Endurashine parts on the top end of the engine including the carb. The only other thing that I did to it was the Front disc brake conversion in 2013. It has a 350 cubic inch engine bored to a 355. Mild cam. It runs amazing and I fell is pushing close to 350 Hp. The transmission is a 700r4 and shifts smooth and right. The car is super quick off the line. but still gets over 20 mpg on the highway. This car was a show winner multiple times. but is a older restoration that was done 100% right! Almost all parts were replaced and or repaired and almost all of it was documented. I am not sure on the mileage. and really doesn't matter in my opinion for the year. This car was done right. and rides and stops more like a car in this era. I have just to many toys now. and it is time to start downsizing a little. Please email me and or I can provide a number to talk. or ask questions. Just to much to say ion here and not enough time to talk about this car. I am 44 years old and the previous owner that did the restoration was much older so this car was never hot rodded and or beat on. Years of enjoyment left in this car! It is a show car. but not a 50g show car. but not far from that in my opinion! Thanks for your time and good luck!
