This 1934 Chevy . ual wheel stake body truck has been owned by one family since 1935. Truck was used to transport tomatoes to Campbell Soup Co. in New Jersey. Handed down from one generation to another and finally restored in the seventies to better than new. Truck has a200 six engine of newer design. electrical system converted to 12 volt with an alternator. ewer battery and totally rewired. Radiator has electric cooling fan. andy for parade use. Tires in excellent condition. rakes ar mechanical in good working condition. Transmission in excellent shape with the old granny gear. Interior has been redone with newer gauges. eupholstered seat. Switches in dash control electric fuel pump and radiator fan. Bed of back is new except for the left and right sides which are the original slant boxes for arranging produce for transport. This vehicle is road worthy. ertainly not a racer.
