Description of 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle |
1969 Chevelle Malibu with original 307. Car was running and driving until a few years ago when I started taking it apart to fix some of the rust issues that the original owner temp fixed. Otherwise the car has been garage kept for the last ten years and once put together would start right up. The original engine/trans should need a rebuild because it leaks but car always ran smooth. Hooker Headers but the exhaust needs to be replaced. Rust- The Rear window frame needs to be replaced. I stopped driving the car because the window was leaking into the interior. I have currently removed the rear window panel and have a replacement panel ready to weld into place. The Rocker panels, Front Cowlings, Radiator support, Drivers side floor panel, rear window top are all the rusty areas. The front window and top of doors needs some attention otherwise the car and frame are solid. I had the interior redone about eight years ago after I first bought the car. Currently doesn't have an interior installed be I took it out for some restoration work but I do have most of the pieces. Interior is light green. I also have some of the original chrome, bumpers, grill and the tires are NEW with Eagle Racing rims I believe they are 15". What you get - The car, all the parts I have, I have the rear window replacement panel, Right front cowling replacement, right cowling cover panel, drivers side floor panel replacement, and right side running board replacement, both front and rear windows. I'm only selling this car because I'm Military and every time I move I tow the car. I've realized I don't have the time to fix it up like it should be and its hard to find places that accommodate my car. My loss is someone's gain. Don't wait to ask questions! *********VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA********* *********BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST********* |
