If you do not plan on picking up your vehicle from our dealership yourself, you the buyer are responsible for making all shipping arrangements and for all costs associated with the shipment. We will make no shipping arrangements on behalf of the customer. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Pennsylvania state courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (or, if there is exclusive federal jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania), and the parties hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
