| This is a project car -NOT RUNNING- needs LOTS of work. Believe it or not it is a ONE OWNER CAR. It has been sitting under a tarp for 10 years and it needs a complete restoration. The original owner told me it was "running when parked". The alternator has been taken off of the engine. I will confirm that it will turn over -so it is definitely not locked up.
