Description of 1988 Chevrolet Corvette

A/C ice cold, Excellent condition, Looks & drives great, New paint, New tires, Seats like new, Title in hand, Upgraded sound system, Very clean interior, Well maintained 1988 Corvette Z52 pkg. New Dark Red Metallic paint. 4 spd auto w/3.50 rear gears. New: tires, Dewitts aluminum radiator, Al Knoch two tone leather seat covers, fuel pump + filter, A/C compressor, heater core, silicone radiator and heater hoses. All options except Z01. ZR1 calipers, wheels, and 13" drilled and slotted rotors front, dimpled rotors rear. All LED interior lights. Flowkooler water pump. Some minor cracking in various plastic trim pieces. ASM 52mm throttle body, SLP ram air cleaner lid. Front cats eliminated. Have smog pump eliminator kit, original 17" wheels, and other small parts included. Two previous owners were from California. I've owned since 1995.

I bought this car from Visone Corvette in Indianapolis in 1995. Drove back to Cleveland, sold my house and drove to Phoenix. Not sure why Autocheck shows auction and only goes back to 1995. I gutted front cats hence the emissions failure. Arizona allows you to deem car a classic with no emissions testing necessary if you only drive less than 2500 miles (I think). Blue acrylic top was crazed and replaced with a standard top. Passenger side weather strip on top needs to be replaced. Dash cluster had power supply replaced and got LED bulbs from BATEE.COM for cluster. Console gauge cluster lights replaced with LEDs. Headlight gears replaced and composite headlamps were installed. Rear KYB shocks are new. Selling due to lumbar spine issues. Difficult for me to get in and out of.
